#5 in the list of “National front”

The commander of the battalion “Peacemaker” Andrey Teteruk had leaved in Russia for 9 years. In 90-th he entered Moscow highest combined-arms command school, in 94-th, as it was obliged in contract went to serve in the Far East.
He tells about that time: “I didn’t fit into that reality”.
In 1999 he returned to Vinnitsa with his family, and enlisted in the military unit No. 3028. He went from being a platoon commander fire support to the commander of the special purpose company. He was a senior assistant chief of staff, deputy chief of staff. Twice was in peacekeeping operations in Kosovo.
In 2007 in the status of Lieutenant Colonel retired. For several years he worked as the head of Security Service in shopping centre, and had been studying in parallel to be an economist in Vinnitsa Trade and Economy Institute. Teteruk planned to make his own business. In 2012 with a partner they started producing fueling lorries and tanks for petroleum products. The main buyers were Russian companies.
“I really liked our business. It was very promising, for a year we sold 200 fueling lorries. We were supposed to trade and trade with Russia, – but now we must fight”, – says Andrey Teteruk.
As soon as I heard that “green men” had appeared in the Crimea, I understood that it was seriously and for long. On March 2, I joined the recruitment office. Until May 11, I didn’t receive any call from recruitment office. Though, the ATO was in full swing. I didn’t want to go as a volunteer. I wanted to carry out combat missions on legal grounds.

May 13, I was called by the rector of National Academy of Internal Affairs and he proposed to establish a volunteer battalion “Peacemaker”, because the Academy had a base, and it was engaged in preparation of peacekeeping units. In addition, the rector knew that in Kosovo I had been a chief of staff twice.
“Peacemaker” is a police battalion. Our task is to restore order in liberated settlements, clean from criminals, weapons. We did a good job in Dzerzhinsk; performed police functions, investigated, who supported separatists in the city.
The politicians use any situation to seem in maximally good light. I’m convinced that the war has started and continues thanks to politicians. If there were not any pro-Russian configured “regionals” and communists, if the interests of country were not being surrendered, if the positions of our troops were not being betrayed in the Staff of ATO…
I knew that if I go into the Parliament, Chechetov will not go. Semen Semenchenko goes, Yefremov will not go. We will displace by our presence those who had brought harm to my country.
I’m against solving problems by using weapons. With all that I’m a military man, run a military unit, but I was in Kosovo and saw the conflicts that were solved with weapons, it led to the fact that entire villages were cut out, from the oldest to the youngest.

The war makes dirty both sides. The war must be finished in any case, and to finish it with the use of intellect but not with weapons.
We need to create a strong army: improve the economy and reduce corruption to a minimum level. I will try to get to the Committee, which will monitor the power block of the country.
We need to change the military doctrine: determine, that Russia is the aggressor; it has broken all possible arrangements.
We have to deal with peculators by means of the law; they must be put in jail for a long time: first, second, third. And the other will understand and accept the rules of the game.
Look, what is the point of entering the Parliament people like me? I will use all legal ways in order to force to work those who must work. Attorney General Vitaliy Yarema hasn’t put in jail any separatists, any bandit; there is still a mutual responsibility. And it causes in me serious discontent and anxiety.
How to dismiss him in legal way? We can start with a parliamentary query. Commanders of battalions and I support very close relationship, I think, we will act together.
I don’t like the all politicians. They had created such situation when I have to give up my business, my family and go to risk my life, to lead the guys to the front. The heroism of some people is always the negligence of others.
